The Compass Concierge program helps you easily prepare your home for market by advancing the funds for home improvement services by providing sellers with $25,000 at 0% or low interest loan.

First, we’ll work together to determine which services can increase your home’s value the most, and set an estimated budget for the work. From there, I’ll be by your side throughout the Concierge process so that you can make the most out of your sale.

How It Works:

Decide which services can increase your home's value the most and set an estimated budget for the work. Sign your listing agreement with your Compass agent, then apply for your 0% or low interest loan.
When you're ready to start, your Compass agent will be by your side as you engage contractors and vendors. Choose your own contractors or do it yourself. You can pay with a special credit card you will receive or by check or cash.
Once the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market.
You'll pay for the services and any applicable fees* when one of the following happens - your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date. *Subject to program terms that may vary by market. (In Washington, it is a $400 flat fee.) Interest-Free (0%) with a “soft credit pull”, easy application, and great communications.

Pretty much anything you need to help you sell your home. Use these funds instead of putting it on a credit card or removing money from savings or investments. Compass makes this money available to you in order to make your life better!
